We were commissioned to develop branding, a logo, brochures and workbooks for this forward thinking leadership development company. Their original brand was outdated and the logo design and marketing materials weren’t attracting their ideal clients. They were looking to work with a company who would listen to their requirements and understand EB Centre at a much deeper level, which through conversations we have achieved.
The logo brings a corporate feel to the business and the colours represent their bright approach. The branding process and deep discovery work was vital in really understanding the core qualities of the company which brings out a design which truly reflects them.
The EB Centre have a lot of marketing material which we had to bring together in a brand review. Only then could we see whether there were any inconsistencies and gaps which could be improved so the core messages avoided any confusion with their target market – BP, Barclays Bank, Lloyds bank and the Department of Work and Pensions. One of their core products, using the qualities of practice cards and guidebooks was an exciting project to work on which then developed into an online app.
The EB Centre are now working with their ideal client and producing interesting leadership programmes now that their core messaging and designs are consistent.
